My quilting machine is an APQS Millennium. I do a unique combination of freehand quilting and/or computer-aided quilting using Compuquilter, a software product of S&D Stitches, Inc. 99.99% of my digital patterns are the product of the nimble mind of Ellen Munnich of Munnich Designs Quilt Recipes.
Many people think “computer aided” means each quilt will have a “mass-production” look. Actually, nothing could be further from the truth. A quilt is the culmination of many variables which create a one-of-a-kind artistic expression in fabric. Even the desire for “computer perfect” is not realistic since all quilts are unique in pattern, material, workmanship, and individual choices which result in each quilt, plus the chosen quilting pattern(s), equaling a unique expression. These factors combine to produce the one-of-a-kind look we cherish in our handmade quilts.
Should you be interested in having a quilt made for you, I also offer that service. Please look at the pictures posted in COMMISSIONED QUILTS.

Beautiful & Amazing
People, Places and Things
Like everyone on this earth, I have crossed paths with beautiful and amazing people, places and things that have captured my attention for one reason or another and I have often wanted to share what I found interesting with others. Now that I have this website I can do just that.
Click here to read about some of these people
, places or things and look through the galleries of images associated with them. It will always be a work in progress, so check back often. I sincerely hope you enjoy these little stories.
